遇水膨胀橡胶的膨胀性能研究

Research of expansion capability of water-swellable rubber

随着钻完井技术的不断发展,自膨胀封隔器技术已经越来越广泛的应用于水平井分段开采、低渗透储层和页岩气储层分段压裂等领域。自膨胀封隔器的膨胀性能是影响其现场应用效果的关键所在,文章研究了遇水膨胀橡胶膨胀机理,对现场应用中影响橡胶膨胀性能的环境因素及影响原理进行了分析,在此基础上提出了提高橡胶遇水膨胀性能的改进方法,并通过室内试验结果对改进方法进行了验证。

With the development of drilling technology, swellable packers are being more widely used in many fields such like separated zone production in horizontal well,multi-stage fracture in low permeability layer and oil shale and so on. Expansion capability is one of the key factors for swellable packers when using in the field. Expansion theory is analyzed, and based on the analysis of effect fac- tors and reasons for the expansion capability of swellable rubber,methods are listed to increase the ca- pability and experiments are described to prove the view.
