船厂管子车间的动态调度方法仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 作为造船企业生产组织中最为重要的加工环节之一,管子的生产及配套进度在很大程度上影响着船舶制造的生产效率。本文在制订初始静态生产计划的基础上,重点分析了船厂管子车间生产中的异常事件及其对生产计划产生的影响和应对策略,应用虚拟仿真技术,对车间交互式操作管理和生产计划的实时动态调整方法进行研究。结果显示该方法能够顺利完成发生异常事件时船厂管子车间的动态调度工作,较静态系统更适用于生产实际。 As one important aspect in the production organization for shipbuilding, the pipe production process and schedule significantly influence the production efficiency. Diffe- ring from the original scheduling scheme basing on the static scheduling, it was focused on the analysis of the dynamic impacts and coping strategies on the shipyard pipe-shop production of unexpected events in the paper. And their scheduling program was generated using the meth- od of discrete event simulation. The incident management on the shop through interactive op- eration and scheduling scheme was successfully realized. The simulated results from the dy- namically adjusts showed that the successful completion of shipyard pipe-shop dynamic sched- uling in real-time events was more applicable to actual production than the original static scheduling system.
