摘要 船用起吊能力超过百吨的超大型克令吊,其码头试验需要的试验载荷重且可调,且受船舶的实际条件以及试验要求的限制,必须对试验载荷的尺度(长宽高)进行匹配设计。同时,试验中克令吊的带载荷回转及俯仰变幅将导致船舶的严重横倾,需要制定相应的抗横倾措施以确保船舶的稳性安全。本文在分析研究超大型克令吊码头试验保障条件的基础上,以某型船700t克令吊成功在码头试验为实例,展示了这一试验保障条件的研究、制定过程和结果,以期有益于同类船舶的建造。 The testing loads shall be very big and need to be adjustable for harbor test of marine crane with capability over hundreds tones, while the dimensions of the loads must be optimized under the restriction of practical condition onboard and request of the test. Addi- tionally, in order to guarantee the vessel's safety on stability, the anti-heeling measure must be taken out to stand against the bad heel, which derived from turning and luffing of crane with testing loads during harbor test. Taking a successful harbor test of 700t marine crane as an instance after theoretical analysis and study, the article showed the studies, process and re- sults about guarantee condition to benefit similar construction project.
