三圆导引站桩对老年人健身效果的理论研究综述

摘要 通过搜集整理相关文献,在对三圆导引站桩套路动作进行介绍的基础上,对该套动作对老年人的健身效果进行理论研究,为推广三圆导引站桩提供理论依据。研究表明:该套动作,在对老年人疾病的治疗、心理的调节上都能发挥一定的作用,也避免了太极拳动作复杂等问题,还能够进一步继承和发掘我国的传统武术文化,值得推广。 Through collecting and collating related literature, it introduces the routines actions of the three - cir- cles guidance station pile and study on the theory of the fitness effect of the three - circles guidance station pile to the old people, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the popularization of the three - circles guidance station pile. The resuhs show that, the three - circles guidance station pile plays a certain role at the old people' s treat- ment of diseases and the psychological adjustment. It also avoids the problems such as the Taiji is so complex to learn, and can further inherit and explore our country' s martial arts. It is worth popularizing.
