摘要
介绍了对船舶螺旋桨轴实施油液监测的必要性 ,以两条不同类型的船舶为例 ,采集油样并进行了检测分析 ,得到了螺旋桨轴正常状态下主要磨损元素的浓度和主要磨损类型磨粒的显微特征 .
The necessity of oil monitoring on screw shaft is introduced in this paper. The main elements concentration and micro characteristics of wear particles under normal state are put forward based on the sample's analysis of two different kinds of ships. These results of research are important for the application of oil monitoring technique on marine machinery.
