通过对钢化过程中各膜层的变化机理分析,调整先镀后钢批玻璃的工艺参数,使其经钢化处理后的颜色等指标与先钢后镀批玻璃相同,对我公司T系列可钢化Low-E产品先钢后镀批玻璃和先镀后钢批玻璃颜色一致性进行了探索。保证在同一工程可用。

The color consistency of Low-e glass products of the authors＇ company with opposite processing order was discussed. On the basis of understanding the film change mechanism while tempered the color of Low-e glass with first coated and then tempered process was kept the same as that of Low-e glass with first tempered and then coated process by adjusting technical parameters.
