Synthesis evaluation of the placement of aids to navigation in port environment

把港口水域航标配布的合理度作为评判对象 ,对所需的每个评判指标设定合理度评判标准 ,利用层次分析法中的两两比较法和 Delphi法相结合的方式得到各评判指标的权重 ,然后采用模糊数学中的综合评判法 ,评判出港口各航道上航标配布的合理程度 ,在此基础上 ,依据各航道在整个港口中的权重大小 ,评判出整个港口水域航标配布的合理程度 。

This paper applies AHP and fuzzy synthesis evaluation theory to evaluate the reasonable degree of the placement of aids to navigation in each channel, and evaluates the reasonable degree of the placement of aids to navigation in the whole harbor environment. Through the evaluation, the reasonable degree of the placement of aids to navigation can be obtained in a port water area. It offers theoretical bases for improving the placement of aids to navigation in the water area. Furthermore, the paper also provides a method to evaluate whether the placement of aids to navigation in a port water area is reasonable and a set of theory of how to place resonable aids to navigation.
