摘要
小型化的小岛型压电传感器以其安装和引线方面的便利性,成为Lamb波监测技术中应用最多的一种传感器。文章根据小岛型压电片有效电场分布特点,对该型压电片激励过程中的方向性进行研究,简化计算模型,分析各方向上的驱动力分布情况,并进行仿真与实验验证,获得了不同方向上的Lamb波信号激励幅值情况。
PZT sensor with mini pole is used widely in Lamb wave based damage monitoring for its miniaturization, convenient installation and connection. Directivity exists in the actuating and sensing of Lamb wave because of the structural character of this type PZT sensor, which was usually ignored and introduced errors in the quantitative damage monitoring. Based on the analysis of the effective electric field, directivity in the actua- ting of Lamb wave was analyzed so that the curve of amplitude to angle was obtained which was validated exper- imentally. The analysis and experimental results show the variety of the amplitude of signals actuated by the sensor. It is helpful for the damage monitoring and quantitatively evaluation.
