摘要
针对变态混凝土变态材料纯水泥浆液存在水泥含量高、变态用浆量大的问题,首次提出变态混凝土的变态材料采用由水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂和水共同组成的水泥粉煤灰浆液,取代纯水泥浆液,并对这种新形式的变态混凝土进行试验研究,结果表明:变态混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度、轴拉强度、弹性模量比碾压混凝土相应指标有所提高,极限拉伸值和抗渗性能有显著提高,变态混凝土各项性能均满足设计要求,变态混凝土水泥用量节约66 kg/m3,技术经济效果显著。
As distortion material of distorted concrete, pure cement concrete slurry requires higher quantity of ce- ment and slurry. In view of this shortage, it is proposed for the first time that slurry consisting of cement, fly ash, addi- tive and water is applied to substitute pure cement slurry. Tests and study was conducted for this new kind of distort- ed concrete. As demonstrated by the testing results, the properties of this kind of distorted concrete are better than that of RCC, with its compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, axial tensile strength and elastic modulus rising to certain extent; its ultimate tensile value and impermeability increasing remarkably; all properties conforming to the design requirements; cement consumption decreasing by 66kg/m3, rendering notable technical and economic benefits.
