试论我国体育公共服务体系的基本理论框架及其主要内容

Research of the Basic Theoretical Framework Building for Chinese Sports Public Service System

体育公共服务是我国社会完善公共服务水平、促进社会和谐发展的重要举措之一,也是基本公共服务体系的重要组成部分。分析体育公共服务体系内涵的基础上,结合我国体育公共服务实践的发展现状,从体育公共服务内容构成、供需主体以及供给模式等方面对体育公共服务体系进行理论构建,为我国体育公共服务发展提供具有理论基础的决策依据,促进我国体育公共服务不断发展。

The sports public service, an important measure that improves public service level and promotes social harmony of Chi- na, has become an important part of the basic public service system. On the basis of the analysis on the content of the sports pub- lic service system and the development status of the sports public service practice, this paper tries to constitute the theoretical framework of the sports public service system in the components, the subject of supply and demand and the supply model of the sports public service, which provides a theoretical basis for the decision making of the sports public service and makes a contribu- tion to the continuous development of the sports public service of China.
