摘要
对SPCC薄板进行了冷轧及连续退火模拟试验。研究了冷轧及连续退火工艺对SPCC薄板再结晶组织的影响效果,以及再结晶晶粒尺寸对SPCC薄板力学性能的影响规律。研究发现,经工艺参数优化,可显著降低退火薄板的再结晶晶粒尺寸,同时提高薄板的屈强比性能指标。在晶粒尺寸最为细小的5.23μm SPCC薄板中得到市场上同类产品中最高的屈强比性能。
It is done the simulating test of cold rolling and continuous annealing for SPCC sheet, studied the influence of the technology on recrystallized structure of SPCC sheet and influence law of recrystallized grain size on the mechanical properties of SPCC sheet. It is found that with optimization of technological parame- ters the recrystaUized grain size of annealed sheet can be obviously reduced and the yield ratio increased. The SPCC sheet with finest size of 5.23 μm has highest yield ratio than all same products in market.
