邯钢3200m^3高炉炉况恢复操作实践

摘要 由于原燃料性能变差,高炉过分强调强化,导致气流分布稳定性变差,热量控制水平逐步走低,频繁出现炉凉,最终演变为热制度遭到破坏,炉缸死焦堆肥大,炉况严重失常。通过优化原燃料、锰矿洗炉、循环加焦、休风堵风口等措施,炉况逐渐恢复。 Because quality of raw and fuel material getting bad and bad and demand too high in strengthening smelting of blast furnace, the stability of air flow distribution in furnace got worse, control level of heat quantity gradually got lower, furnace temperature frequently got too low, and at last all of above led to the damage of thermal system, huge dead man in hearth and serious irregular furnace condition. The condition gradually recovered with measures adopted: optimizing raw and fuel material, manganese ore washing fur- nace, circularly adding coke and stopping tuyere during de/ay.
