摘要
针对邢钢80 t RH炉下部槽的耐材浸蚀过快现象,分析了现有工艺存在的问题。通过采取优化下部槽砌筑工艺、真空烘烤制度、规范化冷钢操作、增加保温模式、优化钢种等措施提高了下部槽的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。
To the problem of work life of refractory materials in bottom slot of 80 t RH furnace being too short, it is analyzed the defects in the present process. The work life of the bottom slot is prolonged with measures adopted： optimizing the slot constructing process and vacuum roasting system to regulate cold steel operation, increasing types of keeping temperature and optimizing steel grade, and so the cost decreased.
