唐钢2#烧结机余热发电保产实践

摘要 唐钢北区余热发电系统在投入使用之初,发电量偏低且运行不稳定。以2#烧结机系统为试点,以精细化思想为指导,分析导致余热发电不理想的主要原因,采取了适应余热发电操作和设备维护的措施,为余热发电系统提供了稳定而优质的发电烟气,保证了余热发电的稳产、高产,为唐钢节能减排和提高经济效益做出了贡献。 At initial stage of operation of cogeneration system in north region of Tang Steel, the power output was low and not steady. With 2# sintering machine as example, and precise and fine management idea as guide, it is analyzed the main reason for too low cogeneration output. Measures suitable for cogeneration op- eration and equipment maintenance are adopted, and steady and high - quality gas is offered to cogeneration system, and so cogeneration system can operate stabilized and with high output, makes a contribution to Tang Steel in energy -saving and discharge- reduced and increasing economic profit.
