摘要
采用中国计算机制造企业的面板数据(1998-2007年),从企业层面研究出口和企业生产率之间的关系。实证研究发现,出口企业比非出口企业的生产率高,这既来源于自我选择效应又来源于出口学习效应。
Discussions of the role of exporting in promoting firm productivity have been ongoing for about 20 years, many empirical studies have founded that export enterprise are more productive than their counterparts which sell in the domestic market only. The reason for this is that knowledge from foreign buyers and competitors help to improve the post-entry performance of export starters. Furthermore, export enterprise are exposed to more intense competition and have to improve faster than non-exporters. Exporting makes firm more productive.
