摘要
县级督学是督导工作中最接近一线教师的人群,其专业权威决定了教育督导的质量。督学的专业权威地位通过占有的专业知识、经历的专门训练和实践及其信奉的的管理理念、认同的专业价值和信仰而获得。基于专业权威的督导注重激发教师自身的潜质,创设了民主参与的环境,树立了新的督导形象,开创了更具效力的教学督导模式。
The educational inspectors in county areas are closest to the front line teachers. The quality of educational supervision depends on their professional authorities. The educational inspectors acquire their professional authorities by professional knowledge they own, the special training and practice they experience, the management concept they believe in, the professional value and faith they identify. The supervision which is based on the professional authorities lays emphasis on stimulating teachers' potential, creating democratic participation environment, setting up a new supervision image, beginning a more effective teaching supervision mode.
