摘要
将Matlab/Simulink仿真实验与实物应用实验结合,设计了部分仿真实验,重点在控制模型的设计和控制规律的验证以及参数整定。通过仿真实验,学生能够比较直观和深刻地掌握PID控制规律与特性,能够根据要求设计出控制模型,对学生掌握过程控制系统理论基础具有重要的意义。
Experimental teaching of process control system generally employs liquid level controlling system as the teaching equipment to verify PID controlling theory. As experimental data is difficult to record and opera- tion of equipment is convenient, sometimes it is hard to understand PID controlling and construct theoretical model. Collaboration of simulation and application experimental teaching by combination of Matlab/Simulink software is presented. Some simulation experiments are designed and controlling models are constructed, the parameters tunning is discussed. With the validation of controlling system students can understand PID theory more deeply and model construction is easily implemented. It is meaningful for students to improve their pro- fessional knowledge.
