充分发挥专项经费作用 促进国家重点实验室持续发展

Strengthening role of special found and promoting sustainable development of state key laboratories

以环境模拟与污染控制国家重点联合实验室(清华大学)为例,介绍实验室4年来使用国家重点实验室专项经费,在平台建设、学术交流、对外开放、科学研究等方面取得的成果,并对经费使用及实验室发展提出了建议。

Taking the State Key Joint Laboratory of Environment Simulation and Pollution Control （Tsinghua University） as an example, this paper gives a brief introduction to the using of the special fund and the achievements of the laboratory on the platform construction, academic exchange, outreaches and research im- provement. Some suggestions are also put forward.
