摘要
为了使敞开式TBM在城市轨道交通中能正常使用,以重庆轨道交通6号线一期工程为例,在TBM设计阶段,对TBM的刀盘刀具、主轴承、支护、皮带机等系统进行针对性设计;在TBM掘进施工阶段,探讨分析喷射混凝土、皮带机系统、出碴系统、垂直运输系统、刀盘刀具系统及隧道施工与车站施工互相干扰的问题,并提出相应的处理措施。实践证明,通过所采用的方法和应对措施,能够提高敞开式TBM在岩性地质中的适应性。
The applicability of TBM in line 6 of Chongqing MRT project is a key point for the successful construction of the project. In the TBM design phase, the cutter head and cutting tools, the main bearing, the support system and the belt conveyor system of the TBM are specially designed to cope with the specific rock geological conditions. The main problems occurring in the TBM boring phase, such as problems in shotcreting, belt conveyor mucking system, vertical material transportation system, cutter head and cutting tools and interference between tunnel lining and Metro station construction, are discussed and countermeasures are proposed. The practice shows that the applicability of the open TBM in rock geology is improved due to the special design of the equipment and the countermeasures taken.
