摘要
本研究旨在探索性研究员工政治技能对建言行为的预测作用,揭示政治技能对建言行为发生作用机制的"黑箱",搭建政治技能与建言行为两大前沿研究的桥梁。以山东、北京等地32家企业247名员工为被试,运用SPSS17.0与结构方程(SEM)模型,基于领导—成员交换理论(LMX)探究员工政治技能对建言行为的影响与作用机制。研究结果表明:员工政治技能对其建言行为有显著正向预测作用;政治技能对组织地位感知有显著正向预测作用;员工组织地位感知在政治技能与建言行为中起到部分中介作用。
In this paper, out goal is to make an exploration on the predictive function for em-ployees' political skill on voice behavior, and also reveal the "black box" as the functioning mecha-nism of voice behavoir by political skill, establish a bridge between political skill and voice be-havoir. Taking the sample of 274 employees of 32 enterprises in Shandong and Beijing, with the theory of Leader-Member Exchange(LMX), we make a study on the influencing and functioning mechanism of political skill on voice behavior through SPSS17.0 and SEM19.0. It shows that em-ployees' political skill has a significantly positive prediction effect on voice behavior, and political skill has an obvious predictive effect on perceived organizational status; additionally, perceived or-ganizational status has an intermediate effect on political skill and voice behavior.
