摘要
针对我国水能资源区划的诸多难点,研究和开发了GIS信息系统,以指导全国水能资源的合理配置和高效利用。该系统通过J2EE技术和ArcEngine 9.3平台进行设计,采用Microsoft Sqlserver 2005存储GIS空间数据和属性数据,使系统具有GIS演示功能、数据挖掘功能、评价算法集成功能和智能推理功能等。在系统设计开发过程中,运用了评价模型嵌入式组件、集群化处理、分割计算和多模块协同等核心技术,有效解决了我国水能资源区划GIS信息化面临的诸多难点。以浙江省为例的应用调试结果证明,系统能够有效区划流域的水能资源健康开发程度,为流域开发提供智能决策服务。并且本系统作为验证性系统对水能区划理论进行了充分有效的验证,这为下一步功能扩充形成正式应用版本在全国范围内推广奠定了基础。
Nowadays there exist many difficulties in the national hydro-energy division of China. To guide the rational allocation and efficient use of hydro-energy, this paper develops a geographic information system for national hydro-energy resources division. This system is based on a platform of J2EE development technology and Arc Engine, using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to store attributes and space data of GIS. It is equipped with resources assessment functions as an integration of GIS, data mining function, hydro-energy resources evaluation algorithm integration, and intelligent reasoning functions. In its design and development, core technologies were adopted such as dynamic link library, cluster process, segmentation compute, and collaborative computing, so it can provide effective solutions to challenges confronted in the informatization of the national hydro-energy division. The results in pilot runs show that the system supports river basin hydro- energy resources division, and produces intelligent and effective decision for integrated river basin development. This work verified the theory of hydro-energy division and provides a basis for nationwide application in the future.
