摘要
西部水电开发高拱坝建设须要处理好地形和地质条件研究、枢纽布置、抗震安全、体形和结构设计、基础处理、泄洪消能、混凝土质量控制与温控防裂,以及水生生态环境影响研究等关键技术问题。溪洛渡拱坝通过各设计阶段对岩石力学关键技术问题的不断深入研究,使拱坝和基础具有良好的工作性态;通过坝体混凝土分区,使混凝土力学性能很好地适应坝体应力分布;通过混凝土原材料优选和配合比优化,使混凝土热力学性能很好地满足拱坝强度、耐久性和温控防裂要求;通过采取严格的温控措施,尽量做到杜绝危害性裂缝的产生,提高拱坝的整体性;通过采取先进的施工设备、科学的试验检测手段和合理的施工工艺,保证了混凝土浇筑质量的均匀可靠。基于全寿命周期理论的溪洛渡"数字大坝"的建设与实践,为混凝土温控和接缝灌浆等施工过程控制提供有力支持,保证拱坝的施工质量和工作性态。
In hydropower development in western China, a number of key technical issues require particular attention, including the issues of topographic and geological conditions, overall layout, seismic safety, physical shape and structural design of the hydropower complexes, the studies of foundation treatment, flood discharge and energy dissipation, concrete quality control, temperature monitoring and crack prevention, and the assessment of various impacts on the aquatic ecosystems and environments. For the Xuluodu arch dam, in- depth studies on the key technologies of rock engineering were conducted in each of its design phases to improve the behaviors of the dam and its foundation. Its dynamic properties of concrete were adjusted to optimize the distribution of its dam body stress by dividing the body into various concrete sections. Adoption of the optimized concrete material and mixture ratio ensures the thermodynamics of its concrete material to meet various requirements by strength, durability, temperature control and crack control. Rigorous temperature control measures were implemented against harmful cracking, thus enhancing the integrity of dam structure. For the uniformity and reliability of concrete placement, sophisticated construction machineries, scientific testing methods and sound construction techniques were adopted. In particular, the Digital Dam for this project that is based on the theory of total life cycle, has supplied a strong support for controls over concrete temperature and joint grouting in construction work, so that the construction quality and good behaviors of the dam can be ensured.
