摘要
本文根据水轮发电机组中的密封形式及其边界条件,求解Reynolds方程,将所获得的密封力模型加载到水轮发电机转子系统中,采用New mark数值方法对包括发电机、主轴、上导轴承、下导轴承、水轮机转轮、上冠和下环密封在内的水轮发电转子—密封系统进行数值仿真,得到了水轮发电机转子系统的转子动力学特性,并将其与水轮发电机系统实际运行数据进行对比,结果证明所建立的密封力模型符合工程实际,对水轮发电机转子系统的设计有一定的指导意义。
This study solved the Reynolds equations and simulated the rotor dynamic behaviors of the hydropower unit system with Newmark method using the seal form and boundary conditions of a hydro turbine. This simulation includes the components of generator rotor, main shaft, upper guide bearing, turbine guide bearing, hydro turbine runner, crown seal, and bend seal. The dynamic behaviors of this system were obtained and compared with the measured operation data. It is shown that the calculations of this oil film force model agree with the measurements.
