Urbanization and Urban Environmental Issues:Mechanism of Action and Coping Strategies

构建了城市环境问题的系统动力理论思维,即城市化系统、行动者系统、城市环境系统和社会制衡系统"四位一体"的循环积累作用是造成城市环境问题的核心,分析了四类行动者各自的行动目标、手段及其环境利益问题,并从环保理念、政府制度安排、企业文化、公众参与等角度提出了缓解城市环境问题的对策。

This paper argues that the mechanism of urbanization and urban environmental issues involving the four systems, the urban environment as the dependent variable, mainly for environmental pollution, ecological imbalance, traffic congestion, deteriorating social environment four major problems, and the actors system （government, corporate, public, public domain actors）as the core argument directly urbanization system and social system of checks and balances by acting on the actors in the system, indirectly, the urban environment or positive or negative role in urban environmental systems; to impact; final urban environment system, in turn, further affect the process of urbanization. This paper argues that improving urban environmental issues to deal with strategy： as the starting point of the construction of institutional mechanisms to establish the scientific values and the concept of urban development, to achieve the unity of the personal, social, and ecological interests; maintenance of good urban public environmental benefits; Green Corporate Culture and corporate image building as a focal point to achieve coexistence and win-win economic and environmental; construction of public participation mechanisms as an opportunity to play the consciousness of the whole society in environmental stewardship and initiative.
