摘要
本文针对公路收费系统如何提高通行费征收率的问题,提出了较实用的运行管理模式,并从理论上加以分析。对开放式收费系统具有较好的推广价值。
Based paper not only puts forward a practical advanced method for an operational management model,but also analyses them from the theorectical aspect. The purpose is to solve the toll collecting efficiency of roads. Therefore ,it will be of great value to popularize the open toll system.
