新教材下中学英语教师提高专业能力策略研究

2012年秋季,新版的七年级英语教材正式走入初中英语课堂,此套教材相较于03版新目标教材对英语教师提出了更高的要求。英语学习不仅仅是简单的单词背诵和语法结构的学习,更是学习一种沟通和交流的工具,也是一种跨国文化学习的媒介的学习。只有掌握好这种工具和媒介,学生才能更好地扩大视野,活跃思维,丰富思想。所以,英语教师需要随着教材的改变,在原有经验基础之上,更加提高自身的专业能力,更好地帮助并引导学生进行更加有效的学习。

In the autumn of 2012, middle schools introduce a new edition of English textbook in the seventh grade. This edition of English textbook puts forward higher requirements for the English teachers than the edition of 2003. English learning is not only a study of words and grammatical structures, but a study of tool of communication and a medium of cross-culture learning. English, as a tool and medium, can broaden the students＇ horizon, activate their thinking, and enrich their minds. In a word, middle school English teachers should improve their professional abilities based on their experience and on the change of the textbooks, so that they can help their students learn better and more effectively.
