浅谈PLC在交流提升系统的应用

摘要 工业的发展要求着设备的高性能与高效率提升,随着现代科技的发展,以PLC为核心的电控逐步取代了老式接触器的控制方式,这种电控采用的是微电子技术,由内部软件实现逻辑运算及编程,而且它安装周期短、运行安全可靠、耗能少、维护费用低,在提升电控中得到了普遍应用,本文主要介绍了以PLC为核心电控的组成,以及在交流提升系统的应用情况。 The development of industry required improving high performance and high efficiency of equip-ment , along with the development of modern technology science, the PLC as the core control system re-placed the old contactor control mode gradually. The electronic control is used by microelectronic technolo-gy , the internal software is used to realize logic operation and programming, and its installation period is short, the operation is easy and safe, it has low energy consumption and its maintenance cost is lower , it is widely used in the ascension electric control. This paper mainly discusses the electronic control system with the PLC as the core component , and introduces the application of the system.
