云南羊拉某低品位细粒级难选铜矿选矿试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 云南羊拉某硫化铜矿原矿含铜0.80%,原矿中黄铜矿平均粒度为33.91μm,属低品位细粒级难选铜矿。本文对云南羊拉某低品位细粒级难选铜矿采用粗选添加新型高效捕收剂Hnys-5,一次粗选、三次扫选作业获得铜粗精矿;粗精矿再磨作业中添加适合低碱浮选环境的高效无毒、清洁生产的特效抑制剂YC,粗精矿再磨后采用新型高效混合捕收剂Hnys-6,一次粗选、三次扫选、二次精选、精矿经过弱磁选的选矿工艺研究,小型闭路试验获得铜精矿中铜品位18.49%,回收率84.15%的选矿指标。 A copper sulphide ore in Yunnan Yangla containing copper 0.80% in raw ore, and the average particle size of chalcopyrite in it is 34.60μm, which belonging to low grade, fine-grained refractory cop-per ore. On this basis, this paper added new high efficiency collector Hnys- 5 in the roughing stage, and a-dopted one roughing-three scavenging circuit to obtain copper coarse concentrate; and then, an efficiency reagent, YC, which is high-effect, non-toxic, clean production benign as well as adapted to low alkali flotation environment, was added in coarse concentrate regrinding operation . After that, a new high effi-ciency mixed collector, Hnys-6, was used in subsequent one roughing-three scavenging-tow cleaning - concentrate low intensity magnetic separation process. The laboratory scale closed-circuit test obtained copper concentrate with copper grade 18.49% and copper recovery 84.15%.
