摘要 本文从出铝量大于32t国内三梁式铝电解多功能起重机的桥架结构出发,就影响电解多功能起重机的桥架布局和车轮垂直轮压及驱动装置位置的确定等几方面进行探索研究,用简易的快速的方法对上述问题进行理论分析和计算,通过对起重机机械结构和几何参数设计的优化,大胆地推出了一种结构稳定、受力均匀,运行平稳,使用方便的三梁式铝电解多功能起重机的桥架结构。 This article states from the bridge structure of domestic three-girder electrolytic aluminium mul-tifunctional Crane, which can handle the capacity of greater than 32 t aluminium pot. The affect on the bridge structure layout, wheel vertical pressure and the location determination of drive device of multifunc-tional crane are explored and researched, theoretical analysis and calculation with a simple and fast method are carried on, the mechanical structure and geometric parameter design are optimized, a bridge structure of three-girder electrolytic aluminium multifunctional crane is boldly introduced, which is in stable, even strength, smooth running and easy operation.
