农户组织型式及其运作机理探究

Organization arrangement of rural household and its operating mechanism

首先从区域活动入手分析农户活动类型与特点,探求与区域活动相对应的农户组织形成的环境条件及其制约因素;接着研究了不同活动区域农户组织的结构特点,进而对其进行模型提取、机制分析与策略完善;因地制宜开展组织建设,发挥组织效应,促使人地和谐,安居乐业;并对农户组织的基本构成因子-人的作用进行分析,维护农户在组织体系中的主体地位;最后对农户组织作以整体评价和分析.

Firstly, The paper analyzes the rural household behavior＇ s type and its characteristics from the district activity, and searches the environmental condition and its restricted factors of the formation of the rural household＇ s organization, which corresponds with the district activity. Then it studies the structure characteristics of rural household＇ s organization at different active districts, and the paper withdraws the model, analyzes the mechanism and consummates the strategies forming it. Then according to the fact, we should construct the organization, carry out the organization effect, make the human to be harmonious with the nature and enjoy a good life. Then we should analyze the basic structure factor of the rural household＇ s organization - human action and maintain the main body condition of rural households in the organization system. Finally, it evaluates and analyses the rural household＇ s organization as a whole.
