翻译控制肿瘤蛋白功能的研究进展

摘要 翻译控制肿瘤蛋白(TCTP)是一种在物种间高度保守、广泛表达和有多种功能的蛋白质,具有调节炎症反应、抗细胞凋亡、参与应激反应、调节细胞增殖和分化、肿瘤逆转等功能,并参与寄生虫、真菌感染和糖尿病的发展过程。本文主要就TCTP的生物学功能做一综述,以期临床借鉴。 Translationally controlled tumour protein (TCTP), a highly conserved, widely expressed protein, has functions such as regulating inflammatory response, anti - apoptosis, involving in stress response, regulating cell growth prolifer- ation and differentiation, tumor reversion and so on. TCTP participates in the development process of parasites, fungal infection and diabetes. This paper makes a review of biological function of TCTP for clinical reference.
