摘要
目的探讨巴拿巴软胶囊对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法选取200只ICR小鼠,随机抽取30只小鼠作为正常对照组(NC组),其余小鼠以200 mg/kg四氧嘧啶腹腔注射造成糖尿病模型,72 h后取血糖在15~30 mmol/L的小鼠120只,随机分成糖尿病模型组(MC组)、巴拿巴高剂量组(HD组)、巴拿巴中剂量组(MD组)、巴拿巴低剂量组(LD组),各30只;NC组小鼠腹腔注射等体积0.9%氯化钠注射液。然后巴拿巴按100、20、4 mg.kg-1.d-1溶于5 ml色拉油中分别对HD组、MD组、LD组小鼠灌胃,MC组和NC组小鼠给予等剂量色拉油灌胃。连续进行42 d,观察不同时间巴拿巴软胶囊对小鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素的影响。结果各组小鼠给药前及给药后不同时间空腹血糖水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F时间×组别=25.166,P<0.01;F时间=10.318,P<0.01;F组别=11.250,P<0.01);给药后第14天,LD组、HD组小鼠空腹血糖低于MC组,给药后第28天LD组、MD组、HD组小鼠空腹血糖均低于MC组,给药后第42天MD组、HD组小鼠空腹血糖低于MC组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药后第42天各组小鼠胰岛素水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.232,P=0.005);其中HD组小鼠高于MC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴拿巴软胶囊能明显降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖水平,且有剂量、时间依赖性;另外,还能促进胰岛素分泌。
Objective To explore the effect of Banaba capsules on the blood glucose of alloxan induced diabetic mice. Methods A total of 200 ICR mice were involved. 30 mice were selected as NC group and other mice were established as di- abetes models by intraperitoneal injection of 200 mg/kg alloxan. After 72 h, 120 mice with blood glucose from 15 to 30 mmoL/L were randomly divided into MC group, HD group, MD group and LD group with each group 30 mice. The NC group was given 200 mg/kg sodium chloride injection. The HD group, MD group and LD group were given intragastric administration of 100, 20 and 4 mg .kg-1 . d-1 Banaba capsules dissolved in 5 ml salad oil respectively. The MC group and NC group were given intragas- tric administration of the same volume of salad oil. The treatment was given for 42 consecutive days and the effect of Banaba cap- sule on fasting blood glucose and insulin at different times was observed. Results The fasting blood glucose at different times in each group showed statistically significant differences before and after treatment ( Ftime×group =25, 166, P 〈0.01, Ftime = 10. 318, P 〈0. 01 ; Fgroup= 11. 250, P 〈0. 01 ) . 14 days after administration, the fasting blood glucose in LD group and HD group were lower than MC group; 28 days after administration, the fasting blood glucose in LD group, MD group and HD group were lower than MC group; 42 days after administration, the fasting blood glucose in MD group and HD group were lower than MC group ( P 〈0. 05) . 42 days after administration, the insulin level between each group showed statistically significant difference (F = 4. 232, P = 0. 005) . The insulin level in HD group was significantly higher than MC group (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion Banaba capsules could remarkably lower the level of fasting blood glucose of DM model mice induced by alloxan with dose and time de- pendence, and it can also promote insulin secretion.
