Relationship between of CD14 Gene-260 Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms and Cerebrovascular Diseases Susceptibility:A Meta Analysis

摘要 目的探讨CD14基因启动子-260 C/T多态性与脑血管疾病易患性的相关性。方法检索EMBase(1974年3月—2011年2月)、PubMed(1966年1月—2011年2月)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI,1994年2月—2011年2月)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM,1978年1月—2010年2月)收录的有关CD14基因启动子-260 C/T多态性与脑血管疾病易患性相关性的研究。以病例组及对照组CD14基因启动子-260 C/T分布的优势比(OR)为效应指标,根据异质性检验结果选择随机效应模型或固定效应模型对OR值进行合并分析,同时进行发表偏倚的评估。结果最终纳入符合要求的病例对照研究8篇,其中脑血管疾病组1 670例,对照组1 689例。Meta分析结果:携带TT基因型个体与携带CC基因型的个体相比(TT vs.CC)患脑血管疾病的风险为1.14〔OR=1.14,95%CI(0.76,1.70),P=0.54〕;携带TT基因型个体与携带CT或CC基因型的个体相比(TT vs.CT+CC)患脑血管疾病的风险为1.17〔OR=1.17,95%CI(0.84,1.62),P=0.36〕;携带TT或CT基因型与携带CC基因型的个体相比(TT+CTvs.CC)患脑血管疾病的风险为1.08〔OR=1.08,95%CI(0.77,1.51),P=0.65〕。结论 CD14基因启动子-260C/T多态性与脑血管疾病的易患性间不存在明显相关性。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between CD14 gene -260 single nucleotide polymorphisms and ce- rebrovascular diseases susceptibility. Methods Researches on the relationship between CD14 gene - 260C/T single nucleotide polymorphisms and cerebrovascular diseases susceptibility from EMBase ( 1974. 3--2011.2 ), PubMed ( 1966. 1--2011.2), CNKI ( 1994. 2--2011.2) and CBM (1978.1--2010. 2) were retrieved. The odds ratios (OR) of CD14 gene -260C/T in case group and control group were taken as index, and according to the results of heterogeneity test, random effect model or fixed effect model was selected to perform combined analysis on OR. Evaluation of publication bias was also performed. Results A total of 1 670 cases and 1 689 controls from 8 case - control studies were included in the study. Meta analysis results : the risk of cere- brovascular disease for the cases carrying TT vs. cases carrying CC was 1.14 [ OR = 1.14, 95% CI (0. 76, 1.70), P = 0. 54]. While the risk of cerebrovascular disease for the cases carrying TT vs. cases carrying ( CT + CC) was 1.17 ( OR = 1.17, 95% CI (0. 84, 1.62), P =0. 36] . And the risk of cerebrovascular disease for the cases carrying (TT+ CT) vs. cases carrying CC was 1.08 [OR=1.08, 95%CI (0.77, 1.51), P =0.65] . Conclusion There is no obvious relationship between CD14 gene -260 single nucleotide polymorphisms and cerebrovascular diseases susceptibility.
