Research on Teacher Disposition and the Training Methods

教师性情在教师专业发展中意义重大,对教师性情的培养能够有效地提升教师的工作效率,国外学者对教师性情的研究较国内学者更加深入,文章试图在对现有国内外学者研究的基础上,探索适合我国教师性情培养的有效途径,在教师教育方面应增加对教师性情的培养,以达到教师素质的全面发展。

Teachers＇ disposition is of great significance in teachers＇ professional development for teachers. The training of teachers＇ disposition can effectively improve the efficiency of teachers＇ work. Foreign scholars＇ research on teacher disposition is more deeply than the study of our domestic scholars. This paper tries to present the domestic and foreign scholars＇ basic research on teacher disposition, to explore the suitable ways in cultivating Chinese teachers＇ disposition. We should cultivate our teachers＇ disposition in teacher education, in order to achieve all - round development of teachers＇ quality.
