摘要
以天津医学高等专科学校药学专业学生为样本,选用大学生职业成熟度问卷进行测试,以了解高职高专医学院校学生职业成熟度特点,为有效修订专业人才培养方案、开展学生职业教育提供理论依据。研究结果表明高职高专药学专业学生职业成熟度较高,且各维度发展不均衡。
To investigate the characteristics of career maturity of vocational college students, the career maturity scale was administered to 270 students in Tianjin Medical College and the findings were statistically analyzed. It is surveyed that the total career maturity of our college phar-macy students is high, but problems still remain in students who has the weak ability of self-recognition and career recognition.
