摘要
目的:探讨加涅学习理论在实习生手卫生教学中的作用。方法:选取我院实习生作为研究对象,将加涅学习理论应用于我院实习生手卫生教学中,并观察其手卫生依从性。结果:实习生手卫生依从性显著提高。结论:将加涅学习理论运用于实习生手卫生教学中,可有效提高实习生的手卫生依从性。
Objective: To research the irdluence of Gagne learning theory in hand-hygiene education of students. Methods:Students were select-ed as the research objects and received the hand-hygiene education to observe the compliance of .hand hygiene. Results: The students' hand hy-giene compliance was significantly elevated. Conclusions: Application of Gagne learning theory in hand-hygiene education of students can effec-tively improve the compliance of hand hygiene.
