摘要
将标准化病人应用于肛肠外科案例引导教学,具有可重复、标准化、形象化等优点,有助于锻炼学生的医患交流能力,培养学生询问病史和查体的技巧,养成学生爱伤观念。而以病例为先导的教学模式,能明显帮助学生更好地理解和掌握基本临床理论知识,促进理论联系实际,提高分析和解决临床实际问题的能力。
The application of standardized patients in CBL of colorectal surgery has the advantages of being repeated, standardization, visual-ization, which is in favor for improving students＇ clinical skills, communication techniques and broken concept. CBL with case as the guide can help students better understand and grasp the basic clinical knowledge, promote the integration of theory with practice, improve the analysis and solve the practical problems of clinical ability.
