摘要
家族企业职业经理人对雇主信任程度是由社会信任基础、个人契约特征以及科学制度的共同作用而形成的,因此,社会信任、契约信任、制度信任分别成为经理人信任倾向的三个要素。文章对家族企业经理人组织承诺(FMOC)各个维度数据进行实证检验和因子分析,并将数据结果与经理人信任倾向进行相关分析,建立了基于制度信任的家族企业职业经理人组织承诺回归模型。
Trust of the professional managers for the family firm is formed by the social trust,personal contract and scientific system. These are three elements of manager trust. This paper studied each dimension of the family firm organizational commitment (FMOC) by empirical test and factor analysis. Then it correlated analysis data results and managers' trust propensity. Finally it structured a regression model of organizational commitment of professional managers based on trust.
