我国老龄化趋势与养老金改革问题研究——日本的经验及启示

A Study of China's Aging Trend and Pension Reform with Japan's Experience and Inspiration

老龄化现象是社会发展到一定阶段的产物,我国作为人口最多的国家,老龄化发展速度快、规模大,将对整个社会经济和金融市场造成巨大的影响。文章首先介绍了我国老龄化现状和发展趋势及问题;其次,总结了老龄化与金融市场的相关理论综述;第三,具体分析和归纳了日本面对老龄化所进行的各项养老金改革进程与经验;最后,根据日本养老金改革经验,提出了解决我国老龄化问题及养老金改革的一些有益启示。

The aging of population is the outcome when human society has developed to certain historic stage. Aging of population has some features in China,with the largest population in the world,such as the great scale of old people and fast increase which will have a huge impact on the entire socio-economic and financial markets. The paper first described the current situation and the trend of population aging. Secondly,it made a literature review about population aging and financial markets. Thirdly,this paper made a specific analysis and summary of the pension reform and experience in Japan. Finally,according to the Japan＇s experience in the pension reform,it put forward some suggestions in solving problems in China＇s pension reform.
