A Discussion of Practice Teaching System Construction for the Financial Applied Talents

实训教学体系在金融应用型人才培养过程中发挥重要作用,文章提出应构建"实战驱动"为导向的金融实训教学体系的观点,并从实训课程体系的制定、实训课程体系的组织和实训教学队伍建设三方面详细介绍了如何建设以"实战驱动"为导向的多层次的金融实训教学体系。

Practice teaching plays an important role in finance professional training,but practice teaching system has the problems of no matching guidance materials,weak teaching facilities and imperfect evaluation system,which made the practice teaching less effective than it＇s expected. This paper discussed the comprehensive reform of the specialty of finance in Zhejiang Wanli university which was designed as being application-oriented.
