人文素质教育是当今世界改革和发展的趋势。成人教育的特点和特殊性,决定了加强成人人文素质教育势在必行。本文以人文素质教育的内涵为出发点,阐释社会主义核心价值体系是人文素质教育的指导理论,树立以人为本的管理理念,增强管理人员自身修养,加强校园文化建设和创业意识培养,全面落实人文素质教育的内核思想。

Humanistic quality education is the trend of reform and development in the world, Characteristics and particularity of adult education have shown it necessary to strengthen the humanistic quality in adult education. This article takes the connotation of humanistic quality education as a starting point and explains the core thoughts as follows： socialist core value system is the guidance theory of humane quality education, establishing the people-oriented management ideas, strengthening the management personnel＇s self accomplishment, reinforcing the construction of campus culture and the training of pioneering awareness, and fully implementing the humanistic quality education.
