摘要
设计了一种由电磁驱动的微机械可调式光衰减器。这种光衰减器是由电磁驱动插在两对准单模光纤间隙中的挡光片来实现光功率的衰减。并对该衰减器的插入损耗、光衰减量以及电磁驱动器的性能进行了分析。
Design of electromagnet moving?MEMS variable optical attenuator is described.The device consists of an electromagnet moving ferronickel optical shutter interposed in a fiber gap,and it's actuation causes optical attenuation.The insertion loss and optical attenuation are calculated.Performance of the electromagnet moving actuator is also evaluated.
