毕业后医学教育质量保证体系建设——我院住院医师规范化培训过程管理总结

Development of quality insurance system in medical education:summary of management in standardized training of resident physician

目前国家对住院医师规范化培训项目的发展越来越重视,我院也紧随政策导向,贯彻落实《临床住院医师规范化培训试行办法》和《临床住院医师规范化培训大纲》,制定了临床住院医师规范化培训总则。各附属单位也都制定了规定及细则以及组织管理委员会。文章对近年来开展住院医师规范化培训工作执行情况进行总结。

More and more attention has been paid to the development of standardization of residency training programs recently. Our hospital has also followed the step and actively implemented it, which is guided hy the ＂clinical residency standardized training pilot seheme＂ and ＂clinical in patients standardized training outline ＂, promulgated in 1993 and in 1995 respectively. In the meantime, our own standardized training of resident doctors general provisions has been developed. The subsidiary units also developed their own provisions and management committee based on the system construction. This article also summarizes the results of our hospital in carrying out the standardization of resi-dency training.
