摘要 目的:与传统教学方法进行比较,探讨CPBL教学模式在病理生理学教学中的应用的必要性。方法:在2007级本科临床医学专业随机抽取一个大班(148人)作为实验组,一个大班(145人)作为对照组。实验组采用CPBL教学模式,对照组采用传统以授课为基础的教学模式。课程结束后在学生中进行问卷调查并将期末考试成绩作对比分析。结果:采用CPBL教学模式可激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的综合素质并提高教师的业务素质,促进病理生理学教学的不断发展。 Objective: To compare with the traditional teaching methods, and discuss the necessity of applying CPBL teaching mode in patho-physiology teaching. Method: A large class ( 148 students) was randomly selected from the 2007 undergraduate clinical medicine major as the experimental group, and a large class (145 students) as the control group. The experimental group adopted CPBL teaching mode, the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode with teaching as basis. Questiormaire was conducted arming students at the end of the, course, and the final exam results were comparatively analyzed. Results: CPBL teaching mode can be adopted for stimulating students' interest of learning, improving the overall quality of students, improving the professional quality of teachers, and promoting the continuous development of the pathophysiology teaching.
