摘要
附属医院教学水平在很大程度上决定了高等医学院校的教学质量,同时也关系到整个医院的可持续性发展。教学质量评价是提高教学质量的重要手段,对优化整个教学体系具有重要的指导、反馈和调控作用。中国医科大学附属第一医院,借鉴国内外先进经验,结合医院的实际情况,建立了一套全方位、多层次、多角度的教学质量评价体系,在多年的实践过程中取得了令人满意的效果。
Teaching quality in clinical medical school not only exerts a critical impact on medical teaching quality but also is related to the sus-tainable development of the whole hospital. The teaching quality evaluation is an important way to improve the quality of teaching. First Affiliat-ed Hospital of China Medical University has constructrd a teaching quality evaluation system, and achieved satisfactory results.
