摘要
基础医学实验教学内容系统化设计与专业岗位能力及可持续发展需求结合,构建医学实验独立设课的全新课程运行及管理模式,已在我校高职教育综合职业能力培养过程中发挥着重要作用。实验教学管理模式紧跟当前护理专业人才培养目标的发展变化进行规范化建设,以保证学生职业能力的获得和专业培养目标的有效落实。
Systematic design of preclinical medical experimental teaching contents combined with professional capacity and sustainable develop-ment needs, preclinical medical experiment lessons, which have built a new independent operation and management mode, have played an im- portant role in comprehensive vocational ability training process in our school. Experimental teaching management followed by the current goal of nursing training and standardized development of changes has ensured that students gain professional competence and professional training objectives and effective implementation.
