摘要
以往生物化学实验课存在针对性不强、生物学新技术新成果未能及时引入、内容割裂等弊端。我们在实践中摸索,建立起由基础性实验、综合性实验、科研早期训练三个层次共同组成的八年制生化实验教学体系。综合性实验突破了传统实验教学模式的束缚,充分调动了学生的实验积极性;科研训练有利于拓宽学生的科学视野、提高科研素质和动手能力,为培养全面发展的医学人才奠定基础。
Shortcomings, such as weakness of pertinence, delayed introduction of the up-to-date achievements and content incoherence, often exist in traditional biochemistry experiment classes. This paper explores a biochemistry experiment teaching system for medical students in 8-year-program in practice, which is composed of three sections as basic experiment, comprehensive experiment and the early training of scientif-ic research. The comprehensive experiment section breaks the bondage of the traditional experiment teaching mode and deeply stimulates the students' initiatives. Scientific research training section helps to broaden the students' scientific views, improve their science diathesis and manipulate abilities, and helps to establish the foundations for the professional trainings of the medical students.
