摘要
在西医院校的针灸教学过程中,临床医学生往往不重视针灸课程,对学习针灸知识缺乏兴趣,学习针灸仅仅为了应付考试,对针灸临床治疗效果存在质疑。针对上述问题,在针灸教学过程中对教学方法进行改革,采用以病例为核心以兴趣为基础的综合教学方法,改变了学生对针灸课的认识,提高了学生学习针灸的积极性,取得了较好的教学效果。
The problems in acupuncture teaching in western medicine students is common, including lower interesting, improper attitudes, doubting about the clinical effect of acupuncture. The reformed teaching methods based on case and interesting were performed to resolve this problem. The interesting of studying acupancture and attitude to acuptmcture improved significantly in those students taught with reformed teaching methods. It proved that reformed metheds based on case and interesting can improve quality of aeuptmcture teaching in this conda'tion.
