摘要
为保证塑件外观、实现注射生产自动化,通过一款固定线夹的设计,介绍了塑件成型工艺,浇口选用和模具结构的设计方法技巧,分析了叠加式潜伏浇口在片状薄壁塑件模具设计中的应用;另外对于今后的注射成型模具来说,精确、稳定地进行塑件成型已属于最低标准,如何缩短成型周期将成为考量模具优劣的重要因素,借此一并说明了模具冷却系统中螺旋隔水片的应用。
