摘要
远程教育系统中 ,图像的压缩比和压缩速度的高低是决定整个系统性能的关键。文中基于华中科技大学电信系研制的“多媒体远程教学系统” ,给出了一种新的图像块识别算法 ,实验结果表明本算法能有效提高压缩比 ,达到实用的要求。
In long-distance education system, compression rate is the key-points for improving the system quality. This paper proposed a new method for image recognition. Experimental results show that this method can improve the compression rate effectively, and also be used in applications.
